Viewing of the surface is controlled using the mouse. There is no menu when the cursor is in the surface subwindow.
Moving the mouse with the left button held down rotates the surface. Moving the mouse sideways changes the azimuth angle of the surface view; moving the mouse up or down changes the angle of incidence.
Moving the mouse with the middle button held down shifts the surface within the subwindow, up or down, left or right.
Moving the mouse with the right button held down zooms the view in or out.
