To move the magnified image spot displayed in the zoom subwindow, without changing the linear section, select "Snoop" from the main menu. Then hold down the middle mouse button and move the cursor.
When holding down a Ctrl key, the arrow keys move the image spot in single pixel steps in the full image. This ultra-fine adjustment functions only in "Snoop" mode.
The pixel in the center of the zoom subwindow is highlighted, and its pixel coordinates, intensity, q and d values, and theta and psi values are displayed, just as with the line end point.
To change the extent of the magnified spot, put the cursor in the magnified spot and use the + or - key on the numeric key pad.
The magnified spot has its own menu, the Zoom Options Menu.
