Cursor in the Cut Subwindow

When the status line reads `Section: line', features of the line cut can be identified on the image by pointing in the cut and profile subwindow. Move the cursor to the cut and profile subwindow and hold down the middle mouse button. A vertical hairline appears, and tracks the mouse position. Simultaneously, a hollow circle in the image subwindow tracks position in the image, and the zoom subwindow shows a spot near the image position.

An image point located in this way can be added to the list of marked points controlled by the Zoom Options menu.
