makesav: Make a ".sav" file for Denzo-SMN

Makeset makes a ".sav" file for Denzo-SMN based on a all images in a directory, or based on the images given on the command line.

If you have a set of images s##f###.kcd in the current directory, type:

makesav
This will: The "makesav" program needs a template ".sav" file. If there is a default.sav in the current directory when "makesav" is run, it is used as a template. If default.sav does not exist, "makesav" reads initial.sav from the calibration directory instead.

To make an initial.sav file, do one experiment by hand in DENZO-SMN, then save the file using "Save" in the "File" menu. Then copy the ".sav" file to your calibration directory naming it "initial.sav". This needs to be repeated whenever a new version of DENZO-SMN is installed. Unfortunately, backward compatibility can not be guaranteed here.

You should be able to use the resulting collect.sav by reading it into DENZO-SMN using the "Load" option from the "File" menu.
