copycal: make local copy of calibration files

The "copycal" program makes a local copy of the KappaCCD calibration files in a subdirectory of the project directory. This can (should?) be used before burning a CD, to make sure that the original calibration data are still available when you decide to come back to the structure (or when you send the data to another KappaCCD user for his judgment).

Usage:

copycal [kcdfilename]
If a .kcd filename is given, the calibration files belonging to that .kcd file are copied. If no argument is specified, the calibration files corresponding to the most recent .kcd file in the current directory are copied.
