caldx [options] [make] [filenames]Without any argument, the "caldx" program will analyze any images named "dxcal01f.kcd" through "dxcal99f.kcd" in the current directory. With the argument "make" it will try to make 5 images with names like this first.
The program can be made to study any series of images by specifying their file names on the command line. They should be images that only differ in their crystal to detector distance, all other conditions should be exactly equal.
By studying the magnification ratio between the different images, the absolute DX zero is determined, and if it is significantly offset, the program will print instructions on how to re-calibrate the dx on the server PC.
As options, one can give "frametime=#" and "frameangle=#" if the default appears inadequate. Please tell us if you need this, and try to figure out why...
